The reason Metallica sucks now and did not suck before.
They have too much money. They can't afford not to suck. ... And Justice For All was their magnum opus, the black album was overrated, they chopped off all their hair, and started to cater to the radio crowd. I downloaded ... And Justice For All and I'll never buy another copy (I did own one at one point) and I don't owe Lars Ulrich anything, he can just die.
Money ruins everything.

They realy should not have the word “metal” in their name anymore. They should be “rockica” or “oldica” or “suckassnowthatcliffburtonisdeadica”

This is also a valid reason for continued Metallica sucking; no more Cliff Burton. He was the only talented one among them and as a result his death left Metallica to flounder, maybe forcing them into the deathgrip of the mainstream. This is much less sinister than the sucking power of money but I’m sure it was an enormous influence as well.

This is true but one song out of seven albums released after … And Justice For All hardly invalidates my point.
